This electric furnace is a cyclic operation.
This equipment is primarily used for the solution treatment, quenching, annealing, aging, and tempering processes of rough or semi-finished parts made from high-temperature alloys, stainless steel, titanium alloys, copper alloys, and structural steel. Particularly effective for the heat treatment of aviation materials.

8. Heating Elements: Utilizing high-quality Shougang electric furnace wire with a wire diameter of 3-5mm, the rods and furnace wire are matched, with a total of 6 pieces, each rated at 6KW. Standard type electric furnace wire is used, installed with an easy-to-replace design, facilitating maintenance and replacement.

10. Furnace Chamber Material: The inner bottom of the furnace chamber is lined with refractory bricks, featuring standard-type side grooves. The electric furnace wires are mounted in grooves on both sides of ceramic fiber boards. The outer lining of the refractory bricks is made of ceramic fiber material. The top of the furnace chamber and the front door are made of ceramic fiber boards, which are lightweight and have a low specific heat. This type of furnace chamber structure combines the advantages of traditional refractory brick chambers, such as high load-bearing capacity, resistance to thermal shock, and long service life, with the benefits of fiber chambers, including light weight, low energy consumption, and high cost-performance ratio, making it highly advantageous in the electric furnace market. The top of the furnace chamber is bolted and fixed with a lifting mechanism, allowing for easy installation and replacement of the heating element with minimal labor.
11. Control System: This equipment utilizes a single-point temperature control method. The control system includes temperature control instruments, three-phase phase-shifting transformers, air switches, temperature control thermocouples, and various protective electrical components, all of which are from high-quality domestic brands such as Xiamen Yudian and Zhejiang Zhongtai Electric. Additionally, a paperless recorder is provided, capable of real-time recording of heating process curves and various alarms.
All kinds of instruments and meters meet the configuration requirements for Class II navigational beacon instruments.
12. Heating System: This equipment employs a three-sided heating method, with heating elements arranged in the bottom of the furnace chamber and grooves on the left and right side walls, featuring different power density distributions. The multi-sided heating technology ensures the uniformity of equipment temperature meets the requirements of HB5425, satisfying customer needs.
13. Temperature Control Instrument: Equipped with Yudian intelligent temperature control instruments, accuracy not less than 0.2 grade, Class B can program 50 heating curves, featuring PID control, power limitation, over-temperature alarm, and data communication functions.
14. Record Storage Function: Paperless touch-operated recording instrument that can display and record real-time heating process curves. It allows for querying historical process curves, comes with various display modes, and can store data for over six months. Data can be copied to a computer for analysis or printing using a dedicated mobile data storage device.
15. Loading Capacity: 70KG - Carbon silicon bottom plate laid on the refractory bricks at the bottom of the furnace, with multiple pieces joined together.
