Product Introduction
Introducing advanced technology from abroad, we offer self-developed and produced energy-saving, innovative electric furnaces. These furnaces feature a rational double-shell structure, with surface temperatures no more than 40°C, boasting a stylish and elegant appearance. They are made from cold-rolled steel plates, precision-machined using CNC machines and high-precision laser cutting and bending machines. The surface is finished with a beautiful, luxurious two-color oxidized powder coating for static spraying, ensuring a durable, color-fast, high-temperature-resistant, and corrosion-resistant finish.
Heating Elements: Select different heating elements based on furnace temperature. The types of heating elements include: electric furnace wire, resistance tape, silicon-carbide rod, silicon-molybdenum rod, and molybdenum wire.
Inner Shell Material: The inner shell is made of imported refractory and heat-resistant materials, constructed through a special process. It boasts strong resistance to thermal shock, excellent corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, and no flaking, ensuring a long service life!
Temperature Control Method: Microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology, PID regulation, fully automatic control, and self-tuning function; multi-stage program programming, capable of controlling various heating, maintenance, and cooling programs; power adjustment; high temperature control accuracy; integrated module with thyristor control and phase-shifting triggering. Protection Devices: Independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-flow, leakage, short-circuit, and other protections; high level of automation, all indicators meet standards.

1. The furnace chamber is made of imported high-purity alumina ceramic material, which boasts high hardness, does not shed powder at high temperatures, and has no volatilization during high-temperature sintering, meeting industry standards.
