I. Applicable Scope
A continuous high-temperature roller furnace is a high-efficiency kiln with high output and low energy consumption. Originally used in the construction ceramic, sanitary ware, and tableware industries, it has found applications in recent years in industries such as lithium battery materials, rare earth, magnetic material raw materials, electronic powders, and electrical porcelain pieces due to its many advantages and the development of roller materials, such as the emergence of recrystallized silicon carbide roller bars, which allow the furnace temperature to reach up to 1200°C. When high-output investment is required, roller kilns are the preferred choice. Section 3: Kiln Features

4. Filling Method: The material is loaded into a crucible, which is then placed on a roller bar for conveyance. The crucibles are arranged in double rows and double layers inside the kiln.

V. Roller kiln control system
Temperature control is achieved through PID automatic control. Features include automatic temperature rise adjustment, PID self-tuning, and zero-crossing trigger. Section 6: Roller Hearth Kiln Structure
6.1. The side wall of the furnace lining is constructed of wet-laid mullite lightweight bricks, with an insulating layer made of lightweight fiber materials.
6.2. The preheating degassing area is equipped with adjustable exhaust ports.
6.3. Side panels with detachable hangers (equipped with handles) for easy removal, with a protective cover on top, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
6.4. To reduce the export temperature of the product (approximately 90°C), a cooling water jacket is installed in the cooling zone, equipped with water temperature, over-pressure, under-pressure, or water shutdown alarm devices.
Section 7: Mechanical Motion Components
7.1: Transmission Equipment: Transmission is via bevel gear drive (originated in Guangdong), with the drive unit located on the right side of the furnace (looking towards the furnace head), equipped with 1 variable-frequency motor (originated in Jiangsu), with adjustable speed. Adjustment:
