Microcomputer Gray Melting Point Determinator
Model: BYHRD-5A
The Microcomputer Ash Melting Point Tester utilizes a microcomputer to automatically control the ash fusion test process. A camera captures the ash cone image, which is then displayed at a designated position on the computer monitor through image processing technology. The furnace temperature is regulated and controlled by a front-end single-chip microcomputer using PID control, and the temperature is transmitted to the microcomputer system via a serial port, displaying a time-temperature image. Upon completion of the test, you can choose to print the ash cone result image and corresponding temperature data, or save the result file. The test process images and temperature are automatically saved, and are cleared when the next test begins. This instrument is widely applicable in industries such as power, coal, cement, and metallurgy, and currently holds a leading technical position domestically.
Key Features:
1.1 Microcomputer automatic temperature rise control, temperature rise characteristics meet national standard GB219-96.
