The structural technology employs a "Turtle Shell Lining" structure (steel shell, steel mesh, PO three-in-one), utilizing a special rotational molding process for one-time forming, ensuring a strong bond between the plastic and the steel body. Core feature - Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to general acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents.
High/Low Temperature Resistance: Wide operating temperature range, approximately -60℃ to 110℃.
- Pressure and vacuum resistance: Capable of withstanding positive pressure (such as 0.6Mpa to 2.5Mpa) and certain negative pressure (vacuum level up to -0.092Mpa).
High strength: The steel shell offers rigid support, overcoming the drawback of poor rigidity in all-plastic storage tanks.
Seamless/Leakproof: The inner lining is formed in one piece without seams, making it less prone to leakage.
Long lifespan, primarily used for storing and transporting corrosive gases, liquids, slurry, and solid-liquid mixtures, widely applicable in industries such as chemicals, environmental protection, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food, and power. Common types include vertical storage tanks, horizontal storage tanks, flat-bottom flat-top tanks, flat-top conical-bottom tanks, mixers/reactors, and transport storage tanks. Volume ranges from 1m³ to 150m³ and even larger, with non-standard customization available.
