Silicone gaskets are crucial for sealing and waterproofing boxes. During the cleaning process of opening the box, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip and grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as steel wool, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.
6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any place directly under the sun or where high temperatures are generated to avoid excessive internal temperature.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspections and tests before shipment to ensure airtight and non-distorted sealing. Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, we offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes, during which we provide free replacement of seals or other accessories. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.
3. Most products are modified as per requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
5. Please call to inquire for special requirements prior to placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
