Terms of Use:
The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a designated area for logo stickers.
Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.
During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.
4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff bristles, like wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.
5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with design for easy customization of various cavities; in case too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.
6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperatures inside the equipment case, please do not expose it to any direct sunlight or high-temperature sources.
Quality Assurance:
All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed sealing. Subject to force majeure exceptions, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes for normal use, covering free replacement of seals or other accessories. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Order Instructions:
Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.
2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.
3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)
4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.
5. Please call to inquire in advance if you have special requirements, and clearly specify them on the order.
6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
