2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspections and tests before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformable sealing. Subject to unforeseeable circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes during normal usage, providing free replacements for gaskets or other accessories such as tighteners. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other specialized materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified as requested, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide related protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly specify them on the order form.
