Heated air source utilizes non-magnetic nickel-chromium wire for electrical heating, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene while being environmentally friendly. Equipped with a function to prevent dry burning and wire breakage.
Smart wind tunnel design, air evenly passes through the inner and outer sides of the spiral heating wire, achieving nearly 100% heat exchange, minimal pressure loss, and low flow rate.
PID/SSR control with high accuracy, quick feedback, long-lasting durability, multiple protective devices, suitable for continuous 24/7 operation.
The exhaust outlet is equipped with a K-type thermocouple for direct detection and control, ensuring a constant air temperature.
Stainless steel housing, safe and reliable for high-temperature operations.
Continuous operating temperature up to 350℃/500℃/650℃ below, widely applicable.
Operate with power ratings of 3KW/5KW/7.5KW (max custom 10KW); also available with an optional smart remote control switch for added convenience.
The portable mini heat blower is mainly composed of three major parts: an internal centrifugal blower, a heater, and a control circuit.
Distinguish between internal and external installation of blowers: Built-in blower type and external air source type:
Built-in fan model: Equipped with an internal fan, with adjustable air volume and pressure to suit your needs, ideal for continuous operation.
External air source type: Requires an external air source, which can be a medium-pressure fan or compressed air, suitable for fixed or intermittent product use.
1. Working Principle
The working principle is as follows: Once powered on, the axial flow fan blows air into the heater, allowing the air to pass through the inner and outer sides of the spiral tube made of electric heating wires evenly. The electric heating wires heat the passing cold air (the temperature range of the small heat fan is: room temperature to 250°, if a higher temperature is required, please specify at the time of ordering). The K-type thermocouple at the outlet constantly feeds back the exhaust air temperature to the temperature control instrument (the temperature reading of the thermocouple is the set value used for actual temperature control), which monitors the actual working temperature according to the set temperature and transmits relevant information back to the solid-state relay to control whether the heater is in operation. At the same time, the axial flow fan can adjust the volume of the blown air using a voltage regulator, thereby achieving control over both the working temperature and air volume.
