Built-in Fan Type: Equipped with an internal fan, the air volume and pressure can be adjusted as needed, suitable for continuous operation.
External gas source type: Requires an external gas source, which can be a medium-pressure blower or compressed air, suitable for fixed or intermittent product use.
1. Working Principle
The operation principle is as follows: Once powered, the axial flow blower blows air into the heater, allowing the air to pass evenly through both the inner and outer sides of the spiral tube wound with electric heating wires. The electric heating wires heat the passing cold air (the temperature range of the small heat fan is: room temperature - 250°, if a higher temperature is required, please specify at the time of order). The K-type thermocouple at the outlet continuously feeds back the outlet temperature to the temperature control instrument (the temperature reading of the thermocouple is the set value used for actual temperature control), which monitors the actual operating temperature based on the set temperature and sends relevant information back to the solid-state relay to control whether the heater operates. At the same time, the axial flow blower can adjust the air volume by using a voltage regulator, thereby achieving control over both the operating temperature and air volume.
