Product Description
Based on the national standard GB/T 10295-2008 "Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance of Insulating Materials and Related Properties - Thermocouple Method" (China National Standard Publishing), and in accordance with the ASTM C518 of the American Society for Testing and Materials "Standard Test Method for Steady-State Thermal Conductance Using a Heat Flow Meter" as well as ISO 8301-1991 "Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and Related Properties of Insulating Materials - Thermocouple Method." It features a dual-heat flowmeter structure for easy sample loading and unloading, with thermocouples and heating wires kept as concealed as possible to minimize damage. The sample pressure and thickness are automatically adjusted, ensuring high measurement accuracy and good reproducibility. This equipment is an indispensable tool for quality control and production units. It is widely used in the fields of thermal insulation materials, foamed materials, multi-layer materials, aerogels, refractory materials, and plastic building insulation materials.
Key Features
1. Short test time, single condition less than 1.5 hours, multiple conditions less than 1 hour, suitable for routine laboratory product testing.
2. Utilizes high-precision displacement sensors to automatically measure the real-time thickness of samples. Users can manually reset and calibrate the measured thickness.
3. The instrument is user-friendly with high automation, allowing customers to set sample thickness according to their needs, and can also apply specified loads to control sample density.
4. Actual testing of the performance of national standard samples, US standard samples, EPS, rubber plastics, aerogels, rock wool, glass wool, and other traditional thermal insulation materials is consistent with imported instruments.
5. Real-time monitoring of the instrument's status is available through the touch screen.
6. Excellent after-sales service and technical support for thermal insulation testing.
