Instrument Overview
A thermal mechanical analyzer is a technique that measures the deformation and temperature-time functions of a material under programmed temperatures and without vibration loads, primarily used to determine parameters such as the coefficient of expansion and phase transition temperatures of the material. It is widely applied in fields such as plastics, rubbers, films, fibers, coatings, ceramics, glass, metals, and composite materials.
Structure Composition
Primarily composed of racks, pressing heads, loading devices, heating equipment, deformation measurement devices, recording equipment, and temperature program control devices.
1. Rack: Rigid structure, no deformation in the axis direction within the tested temperature range.
2. Head Press: Diameter 5.0mm
3. Loading Device: Applies pressure of 0.1-0.2 MPa to the sample using a pressure rod and pressure head.
4. Heating Equipment:For the programControl SystemTemperature ControlAccuracy: 0.1℃
