transmission ratioreducerspeed reducerUsage characteristics:
Performance analysis:
Grade: The number of sets of planetary gears. Due to the inability of one set of planetary gears to meet larger transmission ratios, sometimes two or three sets are needed to meet users' requirements for larger transmission ratios. Due to the increase in the number of planetary gears, the length of the second or third gear reduction stages will increase, resulting in a decrease in efficiency.
Average lifespan: refers to the continuous working time of the gearbox at the maximum input speed under rated load.
Lubrication method: No lubrication required. The reducer is fully sealed, so no lubricating grease needs to be added throughout its entire service life.
Return clearance: When the output end is fixed and the input end rotates clockwise and counterclockwise to generate a rated torque of+-2% at the output end, there is a slight angular displacement at the input end of the reducer, which is the return clearance. The unit is "fen", which is one sixtieth of one degree. The return clearance values given in this manual refer to the output end of the gearbox.
