Full steel ventilation cabinets are commonly used local exhaust equipment in laboratories, effectively removing toxic and harmful gases generated during experiments, ensuring the safety of laboratory personnel.
Structure and Material
Cabinet: Constructed with 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, treated with acid pickling and phosphatizing for corrosion resistance, and coated with EPOXY powder electrostatic spray paint on the surface for acid and alkali resistance as well as rust prevention.
Counter Surface: Available with options of solid surface, PP, stainless steel, epoxy resin, ceramic, etc., to meet various performance requirements such as corrosion resistance, water resistance, and high-temperature resistance as needed.
Shelved: Equipped with exhaust holes on top for fan installation; internal with baffle plates for controlling air flow inside; features circuit control touch switches, power outlets, etc.; transparent window with 5mm thick safety explosion-proof glass, which can slide horizontally or vertically.
Counter Style: Features an experimental top with a countertop and bottom cabinet. The countertop accommodates small cups and faucets; the cabinet section includes high-quality accessories like handles and hinges, with handles often being a one-piece, letter 'I' shape that matches the cabinet material, and hinges made of 316L stainless steel.

Specs and dimensions
Standard cabinet widths are 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, and 2000mm, depths ranging from 700-900mm, and heights from 1900-2400mm. Suitable for 1-3 people to use simultaneously, typically installed against a wall.
Product Features
Safety Protection: Capable of timely removing toxic and harmful gases, preventing the spread of pollutants. Some fume hoods will sound an alarm when the exhaust volume is too low or the front glass door is opened too wide, ensuring the safety of laboratory personnel.
Stable Performance: The fan uses a domestically produced, corrosion-resistant PP fan according to actual usage requirements, with noise below 65dBA; lighting is equipped with 40W explosion-proof fluorescent lamps, with illumination not less than 300LX, and is easy to replace without contact with the air flow inside the ventilation cabinet.
Easy to operate: The window features a balanced combination design for flexible operation, with sliding doors available on both left and right sides, and options for opening from top to bottom; the control panel is equipped with a touch-button electronic control panel, making it convenient to control power, motor, outlets, lighting, and more.
Installation and Usage Precautions
Installation Points: Check if the packaging is intact and all accessories are complete before installation; determine the installation location according to the manufacturer's drawings and instructions, considering the surrounding space, power supply, and exhaust pipes; ensure the cabinet is level during installation, with tight and secure connections, and follow safety regulations for power and exhaust pipe connections.
Caution for Use: Experiments are prohibited without the fume hood being open, and the viewing window should be 100-150mm away from the experiment surface during the process. It is forbidden to store or conduct experiments with flammable or explosive materials within the fume hood, and it is prohibited to place a power strip or wires inside the fume hood. In case of a fume hood malfunction, professional repair is required; do not disassemble it yourself.
