Handheld Continuous Laser Welding: It primarily consists of a laser, welding system, handheld laser gun, and cooling system. The next-generation near-infrared spectrum semiconductor-pumped pulsed fiber laser boasts excellent beam quality, fiber output, and high electro-optical conversion efficiency. It is mainly used for welding thin-walled materials and rapid welding. The welding process is heat conduction type, i.e., the workpiece surface is heated by laser radiation, and the surface heat diffuses internally through heat conduction. By controlling parameters such as laser pulse width, energy, peak power, and repetition frequency, the workpiece is melted to form a specific molten pool. Due to its unique features, it has been successfully applied in large quantities for welding micro and small-sized parts.
The laser welding head utilizes a QBH fiber handheld laser welding head. The following features are as follows:
(1) The exclusive laser controller box features three output modes: QCW (Quasi-Continuous Wave), PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), and CW (Continuous Wave).
(2) Ergonomically designed, compact structure, easy to use.
(3) Welding head with blowing control and locking mechanism.
Gun Tip NozzleYou can replace the appropriate nozzles from different angles, which can adjust the distance between the light point and the metal surface. This allows for a more integrated welding surface and a smoother appearance.
Inlet and water inlet: Two 4-inch pipes are for the inlets and outlets. Ensure the focusing lens inside the gun body maintains a certain temperature for more stable welding results.
QBH Connector:Special-purpose laser connector. Disassembly by non-professionals is prohibited.
2. Key Features Introduction
(1) Clever internal design, with a good interactive control system, expands the tolerance range of machining parts and weld width, overcoming the disadvantage of fine spot size, resulting in better weld formation.
(2) Lightweight and ergonomically designed for a comfortable grip; easy to handle with one hand, featuring simple and intuitive operation.
(3) Equipped with multiple safety alarms, it automatically locks after removing parts, ensuring high safety.
(4) Aesthetically pleasing welds, high speed, no consumables required, no weld marks, no discoloration, no need for post-weld finishing.
(5) Configurable with various angle nozzles to meet different product welding requirements.
3. Key Technical Features
(1) The handheld laser welding machine replaces the previously fixed optical path with a handheld torch, revolutionizing the traditional working mode of laser welding machines.
(2) Red light precise positioning for easy observation, simple operation, ready to weld upon learning, no need to hire expensive welders.
(3) Compared to fully automated equipment deployment, handheld laser welders have a lower production yield rate. However, for workshops involved in small-scale processing or non-widespread welding, manual laser welding is a good choice. There's no need to set up equipment for welding stations, taking up less space. The key point is that the diverse welding products of small workshops can be fully met by manual laser welding, offering flexibility in product shapes, and ensuring better compliance.
