1. Complete Machine Structure and Working Principle
Handheld Continuous Laser Welding: Comprising a laser, welding system, handheld laser gun, and cooling system, this new generation pulsed fiber laser with near-infrared spectrum and semiconductor pumping excels in beam quality, fiber output, and high electro-optical conversion efficiency. It is primarily used for welding thin-walled materials and rapid welding. The welding process is heat conduction-based, where the laser radiation heats the workpiece surface, and the surface heat diffuses inward. By controlling parameters such as laser pulse width, energy, peak power, and repetition frequency, the workpiece melts, forming a specific molten pool. Due to its unique features, it has been successfully widely applied in micro and small part welding.
The laser welding head utilizes a QBH fiber handheld laser welding head.Key features include:
(1) The exclusive laser controller box features three emission modes: QCW (quasi-continuous), PWM (pulsed), and CW (continuous).
(2) Ergonomically designed for compact structure and ease of use.
(3) Welding head equipped with blow control and lock.
Gun Tip NozzleYou can replace the appropriate nozzles from different angles, which can adjust the distance between the light point and the metal surface. This can make the welding surface more integrated and the appearance smoother.
Inlet and water inlet: two 4-inch pipes are for the inlets and outlets. Ensure the focusing lens inside the gun body maintains a certain temperature for more stable welding results.
QBH Connector:Special-purpose laser connector. Disassembly prohibited for non-professionals.
2. Key Features Overview
(1) Internally designed with ingenuity, the product features a user-friendly control system, which expands the tolerance range of processed parts and the width of weld seams. It overcomes the drawback of fine spot size, resulting in superior weld formation.
(2) Lightweight design with ergonomic engineering, offering a comfortable grip; easy to handle with one hand, simple operation for quick mastery.
(3) Equipped with multiple safety alarms, automatically locks upon removal of parts, ensuring high safety levels.
(4) Aesthetically pleasing welds, fast processing, no waste, no weld marks, no discoloration, and no need for post-processing sanding.
(5) Configurable with various spray nozzles to meet different product welding requirements.
3. Key Technical Features
(1) The handheld laser welding machine replaces the previously fixed optical path with a handheld torch, revolutionizing the traditional working mode of laser welding machines.
(2) Red light precise positioning for easy observation, simple operation, ready to weld right away, no need to hire expensive welders.
(3) Compared to fully automated equipment deployment, handheld laser welding machines have a lower production availability rate. However, for workshops engaged in small-scale processing or non-large-scale welding, manual laser welding is a good choice. It doesn't require setting up welding stations, occupies less space, and most importantly, the diverse range of welding products from small workshops, flexible in shape, can be fully met by manual laser welding, offering better compliance.
