YFHH Series Pipeline Pyrotechnic Collector
Pipe Spark Collector
Structure and Principle
Pipe spark collector uses centrifugal force to separate sparks or large particles of dust from flue gas. The separated dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged, serving as a pre-dust removal or bag protector.

Technical Features
1Tightly structured, occupying less space, and more conducive to arrangement compared to cyclone dust collectors.
2High pre-dust removal efficiency, effective in pre-dusting smoke and dust, especially for handling dust with sparks, to protect the bag dust collector in use.
3Low equipment resistance, less than600Pa。
4Simple structure, low cost.
As one of the main components of a dust collector, the spark arrester serves to: prevent the exhaust of unburned sparks and most dust particles from the gas and smoke outlet, and protect the filter bags of the downstream bag dust collector. In bag dust collectors for treating waste gases from wood chip boilers, husk boilers, aluminum recovery furnaces, and smelting furnaces, the already-burned dust in the furnace may enter the housing with the air flow in the ductwork, causing the dust accumulated on the filter fabric to ignite and potentially lead to an accident. To prevent sparks from entering the bag dust collector, the following measures should be taken.
