Continuous molding process, fine structure, easy operation
Process improvement and innovative design:
1. We have changed the control panel to a segmented design. After welding, we apply an annealing process to relieve the stress from the welds, ensuring that the panel does not deform during subsequent processing. Following the planing, we add an additional flat grinding step to maintain the accuracy of the machine table within 0.01-0.02 mm.
2. Under the premise that the machining accuracy of the roller stand frame is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to the horizontal frame. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with a U-shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The roller bore and shaft are fixed through tension sleeves. This solves the issue of "eight-shaped" deformation in the roller stand frame under load.
