Process improvements and innovative designs:
1. We have changed the machine table design to segmented, and after welding, we add annealing to relieve stress from the welds, ensuring that subsequent processing does not distort. A surface grinding process is added after planing to maintain the machine table's accuracy within 0.01-0.02 mm.
2. Under the premise that the machining accuracy of the stand roll frame is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to the horizontal frame. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with an "U"-shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The inner hole of the roller and the shaft are fixed by a tensioning sleeve. This solves the issue of the stand roll frame being subjected to "eight" deformation under stress.
