Process improvement and innovative design:
1. We have changed the aircraft console design to segmented, with stress relief heat treatment applied after welding to prevent deformation during later processing. After planing, an additional planer grinding is performed to ensure the console's precision is maintained at 0.01-0.02 mm.
2. Under the premise that the machining accuracy of the roller stand frame is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to a horizontal frame. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with a U-shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The roller bore and shaft are fixed through tension sleeves. This design solves the issue of "eight-character" deformation in the roller stand frame under load.
