
The CJW-4000 vertical fluorescent magnetic particle inspection machine is a mechanical and electrical integrated unit, primarily used for checking the outer surface, end face, and near-surface cracks of workpiece parts in any direction with the wet magnetic particle method. The equipment consists of several major components, including the electrical control system, magnetizing power supply system, auxiliary operating system, circumferential longitudinal magnetizing mechanism, conveying and rotating mechanism, magnetic suspension spray recycling system, darkroom fluorescent observation system, and degaussing system.
The circumferential magnetization of the equipment is achieved using an upper-lower central conductor method, while the longitudinal magnetization employs a single-coil and external magnetic field method. This results in a one-time composite magnetization, allowing for inspection of various surface and near-surface cracks and minute defects in the workpiece. The AC magnetization current includes phase control for power interruption, making it suitable for both continuous and residual magnetism detection methods.
The control circuit of the equipment employs a series of programmable logic controllers (PLC) for centralized control, featuring both manual and automatic control functions. Manual control allows for single-step manual operation to control each functional action of the equipment. In automatic control mode, the equipment executes the internal automatic program of the PLC, achieving semi-automated actions such as workpiece conveyance, clamping, spray, composite magnetization, manual rotation, fluorescence observation, demagnetization, release, and workpiece return. The automatic program runs continuously in a cycle. To immediately terminate, press the reset button switch, and the automatic program will stop immediately, returning to the initial state.
The main circuit employs SCR stepless voltage regulation technology, allowing the equipment's circumferential and longitudinal magnetization currents to be adjusted steplessly. The device features a dedicated digital display meter for high accuracy, is fully modular in design, and is safe, reliable, and easy to operate and maintain.
