Operation Process: Hoisting and feeding → Automatic feeding (material separation) → Rotation into magnetization zone → Spraying → Magnetization → Rotation for observation → Demagnetization → Automatic unloading (separating into good and defective material boxes).

Equipped with a variable-frequency speed control rotating device, a variable-frequency motor is installed on the rotating roller track as the transmission mechanism to rotate and advance the workpiece, achieving the desired speed. The speed can be adjusted for forward and reverse movement.
