Product Overview
Magnesium oxide wet flue gas desulfurization

Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization - Magnesium Oxide Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization
Technical Features:
1. High responsiveness and sulfur removal efficiency; magnesium-based desulfurization agent boasts several tens of times higher desulfurization reaction capability than calcium-based desulfurization agent.
2. High operational reliability. Magnesium-based desulfurization by-products have high solubility, are less prone to sedimentation, thus no scaling, caking, or blockage issues occur, ensuring more reliable operation and easier maintenance.
3. Cost-effective. The high desulfurization capacity of magnesium-based high-strength material reduces the height requirements for the absorption tower, the power of the corresponding equipment, and the overall scale of the system.
4. Lower operational costs. Magnesium-based technology consumes about half the electricity of calcium-based technology, although the desulfurizer cost is higher, the overall desulfurization cost is generally 10-15% lower than calcium-based technology.
5. The economic benefits of by-product recovery are high. The direct by-product of the magnesium-based process is magnesium sulfate, which is formed after oxidation.
Denitrification
SCR Selective Catalytic Reduction Denitrification Technology
High denitrification efficiency, exceeding 85%.
2. Export ammonia escape less than 3ppm
3. The SO2/SO3 conversion rate is less than 1%, which will not cause corrosion and clogging issues in the air preheater.
4. Low reductant consumption, low operating costs.
5. Low operating resistance, with the system resistance typically less than 1000 Pa.
