I. Overview
Supply of drying heat can be achieved through hot air furnaces, boiling furnaces, or gasification furnaces, with designs tailored to regional resources to effectively reduce production costs.
The heat exchange between the cross-section and the material is thorough. Special-designed lifting plates are used, and additional multi-layer heating devices are installed inside the dryer to ensure that the heat can fully remain within the length of the horizontal dryer, achieving an extensive heat exchange with the material.
Utilizing an automated temperature control system, we can effectively adjust the heating efficiency of various furnace types, ensuring energy conservation.
The material is dried using the downstream process to maintain its activity unchanged.
