I. Overview
The YFSH modular three-tube dryer is primarily used for drying granular materials within a certain humidity and particle size range, such as yellow sand used in the dry mortar industry, various molding sands for the foundry industry, blast furnace slag for the building materials and cement industry, fine clay, and small particle materials for the chemical industry that do not undergo chemical changes, are not afraid of high temperatures, and are not contaminated by smoke and dust. Depending on the industry's requirements for the final moisture content of the dried material, the moisture content of the dried material can reach below 1-0.5%.
The material entering the dryer should be non-stick to the drum walls and the feed plates. The inner drum and feed plates at the entrance of the dryer can be made of heat-resistant steel plates.
