I. Overview

Tumble dryers are primarily used for drying particles within a certain moisture and particle size range, such as yellow sand used in the dry powder mortar industry, various molding sands for foundry use, blast furnace slag for the building materials and cement industry, fine clay, and small particle materials used in the chemical industry that are unaffected by chemical changes, not afraid of high temperatures, and not prone to dust contamination. Depending on the industry's requirements for the final moisture content of the dried material, the moisture content of the dried material can reach below 1-0.5%.

Material entering the drying machine should be non-stick to the drum walls and distributors. The inner drum and distributors at the entry of the drying machine can be made of heat-resistant steel plate.
