I. Overview

Tumbler dryerPrimarily used for drying particles within a certain moisture and particle size range, such as yellow sand used in the dry powder mortar industry, various molding sands for the foundry industry, blast furnace slag for the building materials and cement industry, fine-grained clay, and small particles used in the chemical industry that do not undergo chemical changes, withstand high temperatures, and are not contaminated by smoke and dust. Depending on the industry's requirements for the final moisture content of the dried material, the moisture content of the dried material can reach below 1-0.5%.

The material entering the drying machine should be non-stick to the drum wall and the feed plate. The inner drum and feed plate at the entrance of the drying machine can be made of heat-resistant steel plates.
