I. Overview
In recent years, the country's environmental protection requirements have become increasingly stringent. The control and collection of dust in the mining industry is urgent. During the production of sand and stone materials, the crushing of ore inevitably generates dust. According to regulations, dust treatment equipment should be added to the process flow of ore crushing. II. Performance Features
1. The dust collector features a spacious dust sedimentation chamber inside the housing, which reduces the dust concentration in the bag area and alleviates the burden on the bags. 2. The spacing between the bags is wide, slowing down the upward air flow in the dust removal area, making cleaning easier.
3. The spiral conveyor has a higher power than the standard deduster (if applicable), making it less prone to clog even with large dust particles or high moisture content.
4. Utilizing easily removable pulse valves, filter bags, and other accessories, on-site assembly and disassembly require no tools and are simple and convenient.
5. The filter bag mouth features a spring tension structure for easy assembly and disassembly, and provides excellent sealing.
6. The case is designed with airtight specifications, featuring excellent sealing properties. The inspection door is made with superior sealing materials, and leakage checks are performed using coal and oil during the manufacturing process, resulting in a very low wind leakage rate.
7. Inlet and outlet ducts are compactly arranged with minimal air flow resistance.
8. The entire equipment is controlled by a PLC, enabling automatic ash cleaning and unloading.
9. Optional continuous feed pumps are available for direct conveying of collected dust to the storage, ensuring environmental protection and cleanliness.
10. For dust removal at different equipment sites, modular and standardized dust collectors can be selected.
