Addressing the current status of dust removal technology and配套 equipment for flue gas from coal-burning kilns both domestically and internationally, after extensive analysis, the existing YDMCPulse Jet Bag FilterOn the foundation of mature technology, we have added a series of protection and detection systems, and fully designed bag filters for coal-fired kilns, which have already been applied and tested in numerous projects.
Our YDMC pulse bag dust collector for coal-fired kilns features: pulse jet technology, which involves the rational selection of imported new low-resistance, long-life diaphragm solenoid pulse valves, combined with the unique design and processing of the blast pipes, as well as the design of the bypass system and online cleaning system, all of which have completely transformed the cleaning method of the bag dust collector.
High-Temperature Resistant Filter Media Technology: By combining the characteristics of烟气, we utilize cost-effective high-temperature and corrosion-resistant filter media and apply PTFE coating to the fibers. This resolves issues of high烟气 temperatures that ordinary filter media cannot withstand and their short lifespan, while also considering the performance-to-cost ratio of the filter media.
2. Offline Maintenance Technology: The application of new lifting valve technology enables the dust collector to be maintained without interruption (offline and online cleaning methods can be chosen arbitrarily). The protective device of the lifting valve eliminates dust collector malfunctions caused by lifting valve issues, thereby ensuring that the boiler's operation is not affected due to the dust collector.
3. Dust Collector Protection Technology: The application of inline bypass systems, pre-spraying devices, and online detection equipment for temperature and humidity measurement, solves the protection issue of dust collectors during boiler oil-assisted combustion and boiler failure.
4. Inspection and Monitoring Technology: For the specific characteristics of boiler dust collectors, advanced on-line inspection and monitoring equipment has been set up, including flue gas temperature and humidity detection, dust collector operating pressure detection, material level detection, and operating equipment fault detection. This system can complete all measurements, surveillance, control, alarm, and protection interlock functions within the bag dust collector, allowing for real-time monitoring of the dust collector's operation.
5. PLC Programmable Logic Controller Technology: Utilizing the PLC programmable controllers provided by SIEMENS, equipped with communication interfaces for the system's DCS, enabling manual/automatic control of the bag dust collector.
6. Equipment Resistance Control: Ensuring the safety and reliability of the overall resistance through a series of unique considerations in both the equipment structure and filter material design.
