YZX Series ModularSifterIntegrating coarse powder separation, horizontal vortex separation, and fine powder separation, this product is independently developed and manufactured by our company, based on domestic selection technology and utilizing aerodynamic analysis methods. The system is simple in configuration, cost-effective, and can significantly increase the output of the grinding system. With a rational internal structure, high selection efficiency, and evident energy-saving effects, the YZX-type combined separator can handle gases with high dust content. The integration of material and gas pathways in the system simplifies the entire setup, particularly in drying and powder grinding systems, and in air-swept grinding systems, it can eliminate the need for a separate coarse powder separator system for handling large amounts of dusty materials, thus highlighting its superiority. Widely used in raw material circulation powder grinding systems, drying powder grinding systems, and air-swept grinding systems in the cement production process, it serves as a primary classification equipment and can also be used for classifying powders of other non-metallic ores.
