I. Overview
The Improved O-SEPA Separator is the third-generation dynamic separator, widely utilized in the cement industry's powder grinding system. The Improved O-SEPA is a separator developed based on the original O-SEPA separator, utilizing advanced technology. Compared to the standard O-SEPA separator, the Improved O-SEPA separator has the following structural features:
1. Special-shaped rotor blades replace the standard ones, increasing the separator's sorting area and achieving a higher separation rate of materials in actual operation, with superior flour selection performance.
2. The internal rotor of the sifter has been enhanced with an eddy current disintegrator, featuring the following characteristics:
a. Minimize pressure drop caused by eddy currents, reducing the pressure in the classifier.
b. Transfer the energy generated by the rotation of the airflow to the rotor, reducing the electrical consumption of the drive unit while avoiding energy loss from eddy currents.
c. The tangential speed of the classifier's export disc is reduced due to the use of an eddy current disintegrator, which also reduces wear.
3. Increased the airflow to three times, thereby enhancing the selection efficiency.
4. Select finished granules with more uniform distribution and rational allocation to enhance the specific surface area.
