II. Performance Features
The grading principle is advanced, using vertical guide vanes and a straight-cage rotor, which is a sorting structure with high powder selection efficiency.
2. Integrated eddy current rectifier; air flow inside the rotor rises and rotates in an alternating manner, significantly reducing air resistance within the classifier, saving driving power, and minimizing wear.
3. The main shaft of the sifter adopts stepless variable frequency speed regulation for easy fineness adjustment. It is sensitive and reliable, with a wide adjustment range of 15-80μm.
4. The vulnerable parts of the sifter machine, such as the spreading disk, cyclone筒, guide vanes, and rotor grading blades, are all made of wear-resistant materials or treated with anti-wear processes, resulting in extremely low wear rates and effectively extending their service life.
5. The complete unit operates under vacuum pressure, featuring a simple system structure and stable, reliable performance.
