A classifier is a widely used equipment in new dry-process cement production lines, particularly in coal grinding, raw meal unloading and drying grinding, as well as in cement grinding systems. Depending on its working principle and application scenarios, classifiers can be categorized into various types, such as three-separation classifiers, centrifugal classifiers, and cyclone classifiers. These different types of classifiers are suitable for processing different materials and can be customized according to the customer's requirements for material fineness.
The principle of the separator operates primarily based on the differences in particle size and density of the material. During operation, the material first enters the separator's feed port, where it is set in motion by the vibration of the vibrator over the sieve. The vibration force of the vibrator causes the material to jump continuously on the sieve, achieving separation and screening of the material. At the same time, the airflow device inside the separator generates an airflow that separates the light particles from the heavy particles within the material. The light particles are carried away by the airflow, while the heavy particles continue to move on the sieve. By adjusting the vibration frequency and airflow speed of the separator, material sorting can be achieved.
Please note that different types of sifter machines have varying features and applicable scenarios. Therefore, in actual application, it is necessary to select the appropriate sifter machine type based on specific requirements and conditions. Additionally, when using a sifter machine, it is crucial to follow relevant operational procedures and safety regulations to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of the operators.
