Press the start button, and it will automatically complete tasks such as pressurizing, depressurizing, stabilizing pressure, recording data, analyzing errors, and printing calibration reports and certificates.

3. Product Features and Advantages of Full-Automatic Pressure Calibration Bench
Ø Equipped with an internal pressure module and temperature compensation for pressure sensors, it overcomes temperature drift, ensuring no measurement error in both winter and summer. No additional accessories are needed during calibration verification, making it convenient to use.
The built-in pressure module is convenient to use; no additional accessories are needed. Simply install the gauge, press the "Start" button, and the calibration process is complete.
The pressure transmitter is calibrated using an integrated pressure module, ensuring full coverage without any gaps.
Fully automatic verification; capable of simultaneously calibrating two pressure transmitters of the same range, pressure switches, and pressure gauges, convenient for calibrating dual-point pressure switches.
The system features a filter anti-blocking drain system. The hydraulic stand is equipped with φ6mm stainless steel pipes. Impurities or dirt from on-site instruments can be conveniently drained through the drain port. Even if fine sand is inserted into the calibration port, it will not damage the setup. The pressure stand comes with a standard gas-liquid separator to prevent liquid from the instrument under calibration from entering the calibration stand.
Ø Equipped with an intelligent voltage stabilizer, designed in strict accordance with the pressure calibration procedures. During the upward stroke, it approaches the calibration point from bottom to top, and during the downward stroke, it approaches from top to bottom without adjustment.
Instructions can be displayed on the touch screen, eliminating the need for a manual during operation.
High protection level, preventing the flow of verification medium into the instrument to avoid damage to the instrument.
Hydraulic tables can use water as the working medium, while air tables utilize compressed air.
Data is traceable. As long as the device ID matches the previous inspection, the database can trace back the previous inspection records, and the inspection forms can be automatically completed according to user needs.

Software is designed for use with an automatic pressure calibration station, allowing remote operation and optimizing the calibration process. It features user-friendly access control and automatic, traceable recording of calibration records. The software employs a BS/CS architecture, offering high flexibility and scalability. Compared to similar client-side operation software, this software centralizes the storage management of calibration data, enabling superior management users to access and review subordinate calibration users' data at any time. Calibration records can be shared and synchronized, enhancing the efficiency of the using units.
