8. Features:
● Pistons and cylinder sleeves are precision ground, resulting in minimal roundness error and clearance. This enhances the piston's rotation duration and correspondingly reduces friction, improving the piston's discrimination ability.
● The two joints of the inspected tables are equipped with two shut-off valves, which can timely close the pressure between the inspected systems. As the piston pressure gauge needs to reduce pressure to lower the piston when adding or removing weights, and if the pressure gauges, transmitters, sensors, etc., between the inspected systems cannot be shut off, the pressure in the gauge will rise and fall with the piston's movement, making it impossible to measure the return error of the inspected gauge. A specifically designed pressure conversion valve, when closed, can operate independently without weights, so the piston pressure gauge stand can be used as a pressure pump or source independently.
