Overview:
Piston gauge auxiliary equipment is primarily used for establishing standards in metrological verification institutions, to inspect and verify the piston pressure gauges of lower-level metrological institutions. It can also be used for verifying digital pressure gauges, pressure sensors, pressure transmitters, and pressure gauges, among other pressure instruments, serving as a metrological piston. It conforms to the latest JJG59-2022 "Liquid Piston Pressure Gauge" National Metrological Verification Regulation of the People's Republic of China and the JJG99-2022 "Weighing Mass" National Metrological Verification Regulation of the People's Republic of China.
Performance Features:
1. Standard piston system configuration includes a piston position displacement sensor with resolution better than 0.1mm; the inspected piston system features a removable displacement indicator bracket with resolution better than 0.1mm, providing more accurate observation of the piston's balanced position during inspection.
2. LCD Display: Equipped with two 4.3-inch TFT LCD IPS color displays, one showing the standard piston floating position and the other the inspected piston floating position, allowing users to adjust the piston to the balanced position more intuitively and quickly.
3. The pressure system uses a combination of pre-pressure by a pre-pressure pump and pressure regulation, with the pressure regulator's handwheel not moving forward and backward due to pressure changes, saving working space and making operation more convenient; the pressure regulation process is easy and quick.
4. Modular design of piston system: Easy to install, disassemble, store, and inspect. For all ranges of piston systems, simply unscrew the piston system module, pack it, and send it for inspection without the need for whole machine inspection or a special calibration tube.
5. Piston System Structure: Designed with a anti-break rod structure; in case of uneven force and significant oscillation after the piston rises and rotates, the upper and lower bearings of the piston can effectively prevent the piston rod from breaking.
6. The horizontal bubbles on the surface of the table can be adjusted to a standard piston. The inspected piston can be individually leveled without affecting the level of the standard piston.
7. Features overload protection for the pre-pressure pump: In case of human error, such as failure to close the pre-pressure pump shutoff valve or accidentally opening it under high pressure, the equipment will not be affected.
8. The auxiliary equipment can be connected and used separately with both gas and liquid piston pressure gauges, to facilitate the calibration of piston pressure gauges.
9. Upon delivery, we can provide certification of verification from the relevant testing institution as per customer's request.
