1) Features
The servo system controls the pressure source for automatic pressure increase, with measurement and control achieved through a high-precision, fully automatic piston-type pressure transducer. The provided automatically constant system pressure is suitable for automatic calibration and verification of various pressure gauges.
Automatic pressure system control method allows for continuous variation of system pressure during rise or fall, accurately reflecting the stroke and return error of the inspected gauge.
Piston anti-break rod structure, significantly resolves the issue of piston rod breakage due to operational errors during use (e.g., weights colliding), ensuring users can operate with greater peace of mind.
The oil cup features a rapid oil drain function and allows for regular replacement of the contaminated pressure oil.
The junction box is equipped with a drainage function, allowing for regular removal of debris introduced by the pressure gauge during testing.
Mirror finish weights are wear-resistant, dust and dirt-resistant, and easy to clean, ensuring long-term precision and consistent weight.

① Full automatic loading function for integral pressure point weight quality
Pressure gauge with a pressure rating ≤ 60MPa, featuring a full binary weight configuration. The weight distribution is binary, with parallel addition and subtraction weights, requiring only 6 weights to achieve any integer pressure point up to 60MPa. For pressure gauges with a pressure rating > 60MPa, a combination of binary weight and equal weight configuration is used. This combination of binary and equal weight configuration achieves the maximum possible weight with fewer weights under high mass conditions, for example, a 250MPa pressure gauge requires a total of 9 sets of weights, significantly fewer than the 33 sets required for series weights.
The reduced number of weights achieves a rapid response for adding weights, allowing for an average addition speed of around 2-10 seconds for any weight. Decreasing the number of weights also facilitates the inspection of the weights and piston system. This reduction in weights also effectively minimizes wear on the weights, enhances the precision retention of the weights, and ensures more stable, reliable, and accurate detection data.
② Decimal pressure point weight mass manual intervention configuration function
Set the manual intervention quality loading mode. According to user requirements, manual intervention during the coding process is available to obtain any decimal pressure point within the pressure range with the specified accuracy.
