Continuous molding process, fine structure, easy operation
Process improvement and innovative design:
1. We've changed the control panel design to segmented, and after welding, we add an annealing process to relieve welding stress, ensuring no deformation during later processing. After milling the flat surface, we also add a planer grinding process to maintain the precision of the machine platform within 0.01-0.02 mm.
2. Under the premise that the machining accuracy of the vertical roller frame is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to the horizontal frame. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with an "U" shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The roller inner bore and shaft are fixed with a tension sleeve. This solves the issue of "eight-shaped" deformation in the vertical roller frame under load.
