Process improvements and innovative designs:
1. We've switched to a segmented design for the equipment worktops, and after welding, we apply an annealing process to remove welding stress, ensuring that there's no deformation during later processing. After planing, an additional surface grinding step is performed to guarantee the precision of the workbench is within 0.01-0.02 mm.
2. Under the premise that the precision of the vertical roller stand machining is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to a horizontal frame. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with a U-shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The inner hole of the roller and the shaft are fixed by a胀紧套. This solves the problem of "eight-character" deformation that the vertical roller stand may experience.
