Process improvement and innovative design:
1. We have changed the control panel design to segmented, and after welding, we add an annealing process to relieve the stress from the welds, ensuring that the panel does not deform during later processing. After milling the flat surface, we add an additional planer grinding to maintain the accuracy of the machine table between 0.01-0.02 mm.
2. Under the premise that the machining accuracy of the stand roll frame is guaranteed, we have innovatively designed a structure similar to a horizontal frame. Bearings are installed at both ends of the shaft, with an "U" shaped fixed shaft to ensure the shaft remains vertical without deformation. The inner hole of the roller and the shaft are fixed using expansion sleeves. This solves the problem of "eight" deformation in the stand roll frame under force.
