Smart Insulating Bright Annealing Equipment
The Bright Annealing Equipment is a specialized device used to heat the tubing online to the required temperature and then rapidly cool it under gas protection to below 100°C. It serves to restore the weld seam structure, refine the weld grain, relieve the tubing stress, enhance mechanical properties, and improve corrosion resistance.
Equipment Features:
1. Industry-first: Insulation voltage monitoring and protection feature: In the event of human contact with the output copper busbars, exposed copper cables, or conductor sensors, the machine can be protected from stopping.
2. Remote start feature for online remote power-up of production lines.
3. Pump circuit breaker trip protection: When the pump is overloaded, the circuit breaker trips, and the equipment is protected by stopping.
4. Low cooling water circulation pressure protection: shutdown when the cooling water circulation pressure is too low.
5. Over-temperature and Low-temperature Alarms: When we set high and low temperature thresholds, during normal production, alarms are triggered for either excessively high or low temperatures.
6. Data Collection Function: Captures production process parameters and data, generates records, and stores them on a USB flash drive in the HMI, enabling traceability of data.
7. Provides an address for the master station, enabling the reading of power status and data through Modbus protocol configuration.
8. Temperature Curve Generation: Temperature curve data can be saved and stored on a USB drive within the HMI interface. As long as there's enough storage space on the USB drive, it can last for up to a year.
9. Tunnelling Mobility Function: During operation, if the equipment encounters abnormal resistance, the automatic displacement of the equipment triggers the protection system.
To meet the higher requirements for stainless steel tube solution heat treatment, an intelligent insulation-type bright solution equipment has been developed based on the intelligent bright solution equipment. The equipment is divided into a heating section and an insulation section, which undergoes a stabilization treatment by maintaining the insulation section for a certain period of time.
