I. Product Introduction:

Tent Air Conditioners are designed for use in tents, marquees, and similar environments. They are primarily used in exhibition marquees, disaster relief tents, field hospitals, and outdoor work tents. Due to the portable nature of tents and marquees, which require frequent movement, these units are equipped with an integrated structure. Once power and air intake/exhaust ducts are connected, they are ready for use. Unlike traditional air conditioners, they do not require professional installation or adjustment, saving costs on installation and relocation, and preventing damage to the ducting and units during multiple installations.

II. Product Features

Integrated structure design, eliminating traditional air conditioning installation requirements.

2. Utilizes a high-efficiency, non-fluorinated environmentally friendly refrigerant compressor, compliant with both domestic and international environmental standards.

3. Utilizing Emerson's external balance two-way thermal expansion valve, precisely controls the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator, fully meets the requirements of both refrigeration and heating conditions, ensuring the entire system remains in operation.

4. The system is equipped with high and low pressure protection devices. When the pressure within the system exceeds the set value range (either too high or too low), the pressure switch activates to prevent pressure-related issues.

Compressor damaged; after pressure returns to normal range, the switch elements resume their on/off state, and the system automatically resumes operation.

5. Optimized design of product system and control unit, with a wide operating temperature range. The refrigeration unit can operate normally at 60℃ environments, while the auxiliary electric heating can function at -45℃ environments.

6. Processed air is delivered into the tent via return and wind-insulating flexible hoses, keeping the tent interior away from noise sources, effectively reducing noise levels and enhancing comfort inside.

7. The unit is equipped with wheels at the bottom for easy maneuverability, facilitating user transport.

8. The product components are made of thickened high-strength galvanized steel plates, precision-machined by a high-precision CNC center, featuring high structural strength and good fit.

9. Reserve fresh air and purification features, which can be added according to customer requirements.

10. Customizable spray colors available, such as military green, medical white, desert yellow, etc.

11. Equipped with a line controller, featuring functions such as cooling, heating, dehumidifying, ventilation, fresh air, and purification.
