The company owns large-scale 400x400 round tube mold equipment, cold bending steel section rolling and extrusion forming production lines, bending, straightening, cutting, and polishing equipment. Large and square rectangular steel pipes are our main products. Among them, the square rectangular tube production line features on-line welding technology, smooth welds, and corrosion-resistant welding protection. Product sizes range from 3mm-600mm square tubes 10x10 to 1000x1000mm, and rectangular tubes 10x20 to 600x400mm. Integrating longitudinal cutting, cold bending, welding, and production, we use cold and hot rolled sheets, medium and thick steel plates, and equipment to produce various specifications of high-frequency square tubes, with an annual production capacity of 5-8万吨. Precision seamless steel tubes are a new product series developed by our company along the deep processing track of steel pipe products, using seamless precision steel tubes or welded steel tubes as the base material and cold rolling, extrusion, and rolling to form square and round steel tubes of various specifications and sizes. Therefore, they feature "multi-variety, large wall thickness." Hot-dipped galvanized tubes are produced by causing the molten metal to react with the iron base to form an alloy layer, thereby combining the base and galvanized layer. Hot-dipping involves pre-treating the steel pipe with acid to remove surface oxide, followed by cleaning in an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixture of both. Then, the pipes are immersed in a hot-dipping bath. Hot-dipped galvanized steel tubes have advantages such as even coating, strong adhesion, and long service life. The base material of hot-dipped galvanized steel tubes undergoes complex physical and chemical reactions with the molten galvanizing bath, forming a tightly structured zinc-iron alloy layer. This alloy layer merges with the pure zinc layer and the steel tube base, enhancing its strength.
