1. Plasticity
Plasticity refers to the ability of metallic materials to undergo plastic deformation (deformation) under load without being damaged.
2. Hardness
Hardness is a gauge of the degree of softness or hardness of metal materials. In this production, the most commonly used method to measure hardness is the hardness test, which involves applying a certain geometrically shaped indenter to the surface of the tested metal material under a specific load. The hardness value is then determined based on the indentation depth.
Common methods include Brinell hardness (HB), Rockwell hardness (HRA, HRB, HRC), and Vickers hardness (HV).
Fatigue
Strength, plasticity, and hardness are mechanical property indicators of metal under static load. In reality, many machine parts operate under cyclic loads, where fatigue in the parts occurs. There is also a need for special-shaped steel tubes with other cross-sectional shapes.
Welded steel pipes for low-pressure fluid transmission (GB/T3092-1993), also known as general welding pipes or black pipes, are used for conveying low-pressure fluids such as water, gas, air, oil, and heating steam, as well as for other purposes. These pipes are categorized by wall thickness into standard and thick-walled pipes, and by end type into无缝方矩形钢管, seamless square rectangular steel pipes, and square steel pipes. The specifications are indicated by nominal diameter (mm), which is an approximate value of the inner diameter. It is customary to express it in inches, such as 11/2. In addition to direct fluid transmission, these pipes are extensively used as the base material for galvanized welding pipes for low-pressure fluid transmission. Various square pipe products include Q345B square rectangular pipes, 16Mn square pipes, Q345D square rectangular pipes, Q345E rectangular pipes, Q390D seamless square pipes, 304 stainless steel square pipes, Q420B square rectangular pipes, q460C square pipes, Q690D large-diameter thick-walled square pipes, Q345C square pipes, stainless steel square rectangular pipes, seamless square rectangular pipes, and more. Square pipes are classified by material into carbon steel square pipes, low-alloy square pipes, and alloy square pipes. Carbon steel grades include Q195, Q215, Q235, SS400, 20# steel, 45# steel, etc.; low-alloy steel grades include Q345, 16Mn, Q390, ST52-3, etc.; and alloy square pipes include 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, 40Cr, 20CrMo, 42CrMo, 30CrMo, 40CrNiMo, Cr5Mo, 5CrNiMo, and others. Our company offers the following services: * Retail and wholesale, starting from 1 kg. * Customers can freely choose the required length or other specifications.
