At the same pressure, the steam containing cold air is at a lower temperature than that of saturated steam. If cold air has been confirmed to be fully exhausted and there is still a mismatch in temperature and pressure, we need to check the temperature and pressure sensors of the high-pressure sterilization pot. If there is a significant measurement error, they should be replaced promptly.
