【Sterilization Pot Introduction】
Structure: The sterilization pot consists of the pot body, pot cover, opening device, locking wedge, interlock mechanism, track, and several pipe openings. The pot cover is sealed with an airtight silicone rubber temperature-resistant sealing ring, ensuring reliable sealing and a long service life.
Features: Equipped with a pressure gauge and valve, aesthetically pleasing, easy to install, easy to operate, and reliable.
Sterilization: The purpose is to kill all microorganisms (including spores) in a certain environment or item, rendering them permanently unable to grow and reproduce within a specific range, thereby achieving a sterile state. Items that have been sterilized are referred to as "sterile items." Sterilization can be divided into bactericidal and bacteriolytic processes. Bactericidal refers to the inactivation of the bacterial body while the shape remains. Bacteriolytic refers to the phenomenon of dissolution and disappearance after the bacterial body dies.
【Handling Precautions】:
One, fill the autoclave with water up to the water level line before use.
Two, place the sterilizable culture medium, culture packets, or other vessels into the sterilization pot, close the lid, and check the exhaust valve and valve conditions.
Three, turn on the power, check if the parameter settings are correct, then press the "work" button, and the sterilization pot will start operating; it will automatically exhaust cold air, and when the temperature reaches 105℃, the bottom exhaust valve will automatically close, and then the pressure will begin to rise.
Four, when the pressure reaches 0.15MPa (121℃), the sterilizer will automatically release steam again, and then start timing.
After reaching the specified sterilization time, turn off the power, open the exhaust valve to slowly release the gas; only when the pressure gauge drops to 0.00MPa and the exhaust valve has no steam discharge, can the pot lid be opened.
Six, Cautionary Notes:
Before all the gas is released, the pressure cooker must not be opened.
2. If the sterilized culture medium is not removed from the pot in a timely manner, open the pot cover after all steam has been released; avoid leaving the medium sealed inside the pot overnight.
3. Do not release steam too quickly when the pressure gauge needle is above 0.05 MPa to prevent damage to the mushroom blocks.
4. During the operation, please be cautious to avoid burns.
