After sterilization, cooling follows, and the preliminary work for inoculation and sterilization includes thoroughly mixing the culture medium ingredients, followed by bagging with a bagging machine. Sterilization can be conducted according to high-temperature and high-pressure standards. The number of mushroom packages the sterilization pot can hold is adjustable to meet demand, and it completes processes such as heating, sterilization, and cooling. Currently, the edible mushroom sterilization pot is controlled by computer automation, with the mushroom packages placed on a trolley for easy transfer into the pot for sterilization. After sterilization, cooling, and removal from the pot, the mushrooms are planted.
【Process Flow】
Firstly, adjust the safety valve on the pot to 0.25 Mpa or less.
2. Place the product inside the sterilization pot, then open the pot door and activate the air valve of the sealing ring.
Three, then open the steam valve, heat up the sterilization pot, and while heating, intermittently release the cool steam from left to right inside the pot. As the temperature inside the pot rises, the pressure will gradually increase. At this point, close the steam valve gradually by 1/4 proportion.
When the temperature inside the sterilization pot reaches 121°C, close the steam valve, or just slightly open it, to maintain pressure and temperature until the required sterilization time is reached. If there is a drop in temperature and pressure during this process, it must be replenished promptly. The pot's pressure should be maintained at 0.17-0.20 Mpa, with the temperature kept around 121°C, until the保温 time has ended; the temperature can be set according to the product specifications.
After cooling, release the pressure inside the pot.
Six: Release the gas inside the pot door seal, then open the pot door to retrieve the goods.
Seven, check the safety valve and pressure gauge regularly; they must not be damaged, and a scheduled check should be performed within three months. Remember!
