Description

The YAW-J series microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo press shearing testing machine features an oil cylinder mounted above a four-post structure. It boasts high rigidity and strength, minimal deformation, and meets the inspection requirements for highway, railway beam slabs, basin-type, and spherical bearing supports. The testing space is infinitely adjustable for different height requirements.

II. Product Introduction

The YAW-J series microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo press shearing testing machine features an overhead cylinder and a four-post structure, offering high rigidity and strength with minimal deformation. It meets the testing requirements for highway, railway bridge plate, basin, and spherical bearing types. The testing space is infinitely adjustable to accommodate different height requirements. It utilizes a self-developed multi-channel closed-loop coordinated electro-hydraulic servo control system, with microcomputer control for multi-level hydraulic loading, continuous loading stability, multi-level force retention, automatic load holding, automatic data collection and storage, curve plotting, automatic report printing, real-time computer control of the testing process, display of testing force and curves, and simple and reliable operation.

2. Features and Cooling of Hydraulic Station

1) The hydraulic station employs key components such as the Japanese NACHI internal gear high-pressure pump, an Italian Atos servo valve, and American-imported hydraulic components for the pressure-responsive valve, all aimed at enhancing the stability and long-term reliability of the hydraulic system.

2) This oil source utilizes the latest pressure-responsive technology, where the system pressure increases synchronously with the load. This allows the system pressure to avoid maintaining a constant high pressure for extended periods, which would generate excessive heat. This technology makes the hydraulic source more energy-efficient, achieving up to a 60% energy-saving efficiency, while also minimizing the heat generated by the hydraulic system.

3) The hydraulic power unit is cooled by the built-in air-cooling system, allowing for immediate cooling upon power-on without the need for additional cooling water connection.

3. Software Features

User-friendly software interface, simple operation, flexible settings, automatically and continuously loads smoothly according to test standards, auto-holds load, automatically collects and stores data, plots curves, automatically generates and prints test reports, and test data is exportable and traceable.

The software provides online prompts for the current work status and operation steps.

V. Installation Requirements:

Effective Equipment Footprint: 6600*4500mm (Length x Width)

2. Total Equipment Height: 4500mm, sunk into foundation pit by 1150mm, height above ground approximately: 3350mm.

3. The buyer must construct according to the provided basic drawings and meet the specified technical requirements.

4. Install cranes capable of lifting 2 tons or more for loading and unloading daily testing accessories such as shearing plates, corner plates, etc. The heaviest accessory is the corner plate, weighing 1 ton. The crane can be a simple hoisting device.

5. Buyer to provide a cooling water tank or pool, capable of holding 2 cubic meters of water. The cooler and submersible pump test machine are supplied, and the water pipes will be configured based on the specific location and distance after the test machine arrives at your end.

6. The lab is equipped with a three-phase five-wire power supply, voltage 380V, 50Hz, power ≥ 30kW.

7. A crane with a lifting capacity of over 30 tons is required when the testing machine is in place, with the heaviest component weighing approximately 12 tons. The room is accessible by car and can accommodate the crane's boom. If conditions are insufficient, the roof can be removed to allow the crane's boom to extend from the outside.
