PWS Series Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Static-Dynamic Universal Testing Machine
I. Overview
The PWS series electro-hydraulic servo static and dynamic universal testing machine is mainly composed of: the main machine, constant pressure servo pump station, hydraulic forced test chuck, control system, and software system. It is used for the dynamic and static mechanical property tests of various metal and non-metal materials, such as tensile, compression, bending, high and low cycle fatigue, fracture toughness, and crack propagation tests. Additionally, with the corresponding fixtures, it can also be applied to the dynamic, static performance, and fatigue life tests of various structural components and parts. Servo controllers are available in both domestic and imported options. Each controller is equipped with basic test software, and there are also various functional test software options. It can be configured with a high-temperature furnace or a high/low-temperature environmental chamber for environmental fatigue tests. Actuators are available in standard sealing and static pressure support types. The installation methods for actuators are overhead and undermount.
