I. Product Usage Features:
WAW-L4500 Electric-Hydraulic Servo Circular Chain Horizontal Tension Testing MachinePrimarily used for the stretching and alignment of circular chains, featuring an integrated horizontal platform structure, hence also known asRing Chain Tension Straightening MachineHigh rigidity and high precision in the middle.
2. The machine primarily consists of the main unit, microcomputer control system, servo hydraulic station, and protective sections.
3. The main machine consists of a base, front chuck body, rear moving chuck body, chain clamping jaw, jaw clamping cylinder, drag chain mechanism, main stretch cylinder, drag chain cylinder, linear guide rail guide mechanism, hydraulic lifting protective cover, load sensor, displacement sensor, and more. It serves as the actuating mechanism for chain correction and stretching.
4. Base: Features a cast platform structure with no deformation and good rigidity. The entire extension mechanism is mounted on the base platform. It is equipped with linear guide rail guiding mechanisms, and the front chuck body is securely fastened to the base with high-tension bolts.
5. Clamping Bodies: Divided into front clamping bodies and rear moving clamping bodies. The front clamping body is fixed to the base with high-tension bolts. The rear moving clamping body moves back and forth along a straight guide rail. Two main tension cylinders are fixed on top of the front clamping body, with their piston rods connected to the rear moving clamping body via sensors. The main cylinder drives the rear moving clamping body to move and correct the tension on the chain. Each clamping body is designed with chain holding jaws, equipped with holding cylinders for clamping and releasing the jaws.
6. Chain Clamp Jaw: Designed with an embedded jaw, secured to the moving bar body with a bolt. Quick and easy jaw replacement.
7. Clamp Cylinder with Tight Sealing Oil Cylinder: The bottom-mounted design of the clamp cylinder enhances the overall aesthetics and cleanliness of the main unit. The cylinder is directly connected to the clamp rod on the same axis, preventing oil leakage from the clamp cylinder. The hidden connection design of the oil pipe ensures a compact and simple spatial structure.
8. Primary Stretching Cylinder: Considering the working pressure of the hydraulic system and actual requirements, two sets of 250-ton servo hydraulic cylinders are selected as the stretching cylinders. This allows a single cylinder to provide 250KN of tensile force when the system working pressure is 25Mpa, with a total tensile force of 5000KN, exceeding 4500KN. The hydraulic system is designed for a maximum working pressure of 28MPa, with the total tensile force well beyond 4500KN, offering ample design margin. Due to the front clamp body and rear moving clamp body both being connected to the worktable via linear guides, mechanical synchronous stretching is better achieved.

The specifications of the stretching chains are: φ53, φ48, φ42, φ38, φ34, φ30, φ26mm

3. Tensile force range and accuracy: 45KN-450KN, with an accuracy requirement of ±1%. Our company uses sensors with an accuracy of ±0.5%.
4. Stretch stroke (400-1100mm): Minimum chain pitch is 9 rings (φ34 and below); Maximum chain pitch is 5 rings (φ34 and above).

6. Length Calibration Accuracy: ±0.1; Precision guaranteed within ±0.05 due to the use of a value-type photoelectric encoder with anti-harmonic interference (no cumulative error over long-term use) and computerized hydraulic servo control system.
7. Automatically measure and store at 25N/mm² tension, every 5/9 hoop links. The elongation length of the chain can be summed up.
8. Hydraulics components are selected from Beijing Huade products.
9. Sealing components are selected from imported U.S. products.
10. Standard equipment includes 6 sets of industrial fixture, with diameters of φ48, φ42, φ38, φ34, φ30, and φ26.

12. Low-voltage electrical components are selected from Schneider products.
13. Simulating the pull head of the stretcher using 3D software, we select 45CrNiMoVA material (low-alloy ultra-high strength steel), which has a tensile strength of 150MPa and a yield strength of 135MPa. The chuck features a quick-change design.
14. The main structure of the 4500KN tensile machine: The fixed base and sliding sleeve are made of 40CR cast steel, with a tensile strength of 110MPa and a yield strength of 95MPa. (The processing method involves first machining two half-circles on the floor boring machine, followed by fitting the sleeve.)
